We have a Facebook page we're genuinely proud of. We've been at it for years — long before this website existed — and there's a lot there: photos from events, the people, the projects, the small stuff that doesn't make it onto a webpage. If you want to see what the club actually looks like in motion, that's the place. Come find us there.

Come see us
You'll find us all over the village throughout the year — wherever there's something good happening for the kids of Mount Horeb, we try to be there. But our home base is the Mount Horeb Public Library, third Monday of every month. If you'd rather just meet us in person, that's where to find us.
Mount Horeb is, by nature, an optimistic village — and we're grateful our club gets to serve that optimism in our own small way, one smile at a time, with the kids at the center of it all. Thanks for visiting our website; you're someone we'd like to meet.
We try to be thoughtful about the photos we share here and on Facebook — most are from public events, and we're proud of the moments they capture. If you or your child appear in a photo on this site and you'd rather not, please write to us at mounthoreboptimist@gmail.com and we'll take it down. No explanation needed.
